This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("Licensee") and BlankLabs ("Licensor"). The term "Licensee" includes individuals as well as business entities. By installing or using littleJ, you agree to the terms of this EULA.
The Licensor grants the Licensee a nonexclusive license to use the free or paid variants of littleJ for personal or commercial use, respectively. The Licensor retains all intellectual ownership of littleJ.
You may redistribute an unmodified version of littleJ and its related files with an application or library for the sole purpose of enabling end-users to run littleJ.
You may not sub-license, nor create or distribute modifications to littleJ.
littleJ is provided by BlankLabs "as is" and any express or implied warranties, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are disclaimed. In no event shall BlankLabs or contributors be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, any direct, indirect, exemplary, special, incidental, or consequential damages or other losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, littleJ.
